*Discounts apply to 2026 charges only. Any past due amounts are not eligible for a discount. Only the Maintenance portion of the 2026 HOA Fee is eligible for a discount. Please refer to your Maintenance and Tax Statement for the Amount Due.
Eligibility: This Drawing is open to all Westgate Resort owners who, as of the time of participation, are twenty-one (21) years or older, and are owners of at least one (1) timeshare interest or equivalent at the Resort: (i) who pay their 2026 Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessments online between September 1, 2025 and January 2, 2026; or (ii) who pay their 2026 Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessments in any form, prior to September 1, 2025; or (iii) owners who sign up between September 1, 2025 and January 2, 2026 for monthly, quarterly, or annual automatic recur billing/payment for their Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee).
All Maintenance and Tax assessments must be current. This Drawing is limited to one set of entries per owner account number or equivalent. This Drawing does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. Employees of CFI Resorts Management, Inc. ("CFI"), its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. This Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
How to Enter: All Resort owners: (i) who pay their 2026 Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessments online between September 1, 2025 and January 2, 2026; or (ii) who pay their 2026 Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessments in any form, prior to September 1, 2025, or (iii) ) owners who sign up between September 1, 2025 and January 2, 2026 for monthly, quarterly, or annual automatic recur billing/payment for their Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) will be automatically entered to win with two entries. To enter for free, a Resort owner may mail a postcard with their name, address, resort name, unit and ownership week to “M&T Drawing, CFI Resorts Management, Inc., 2801 Old Winter Garden Road, Ocoee, Florida 34761”. Limit one free entry per owner account number during the Entry Period. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. This promotion runs from 12:01 a.m. (EST) on September 1, 2025, to 11:59 pm (EST) on January 2, 2026 ("Entry Period").
Prizes: Twenty-Three (23) Winners (one per CFI resort)** shall receive full payment of their 2027 (2028 for even week owners) Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessed against one (1) timeshare interest associated with an owner account number. Owners of multiple-week interests or equivalents will be limited to the lowest maintenance and tax fees among those interests. Winner is responsible for any taxes and expenses associated with the prize. Prize details subject to change, and if changed, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at CFI's sole discretion. Estimated retail value of each Prize depends on your resort's Maintenance and Tax (or Use Fee) assessments for your week or equivalent. Current retail values range from $241.00 to $4,533.00.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Prize drawings will be held on January 15, 2026 at approximately 2:00 p.m. at CFI, 2801 Old Winter Garden Road, Ocoee, Florida 34761 by an executive representative of CFI who will draw each unique CFI resort winner at random. Each winner will be notified by mail, email and telephone call within five (5) days of Drawing. If the potential winner does not claim the Prize within sixty (60) days of the drawing or does not comply with these Complete Terms and Conditions, an alternate winner will be selected.
Conditions: Each Prize winner releases and indemnifies CFI, its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant's entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, prize won, voice, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising and/or drawing and publicity by CFI.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winner and CFI in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will such individuals be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
